We slot into your planner's timeline, coordinate aiming with your florist, and finish before the photographer needs the room. On the day itself you shouldn't think about lighting at all. You'll just notice the venue looks like the inspiration photos, except it's real and it's yours.

Weddings Lighting: Common Questions
When should we book lighting?
Three to six months ahead is comfortable, and earlier for peak season (May through October) Saturdays and for large canopy installations that need a site visit. That said, ask even if your date is close; we'll be straight with you about availability.
Can you do a monogram with our names?
Yes. Choose from our monogram styles or bring your invitation suite's artwork, and we'll produce a custom gobo that projects your names in light over the dance floor or wall.
Our venue is a blank backyard. Where do we start?
Perfect. Blank is our favorite canvas. Send photos or a video walkthrough of the yard and your guest count, and we'll propose a design with a clear quote, usually within one business day.
