Can you work with our venue's house lighting?
Yes. We design around what the ballroom already does well and add what it can't: color, warmth, pinspots, and stage focus. We know the house systems in most major LA venues.
How do lighting cues get coordinated on the night?
We take your run-of-show in advance and program every cue, then our technician follows your show caller or planner live on comms. Last-minute program changes are absorbed without drama. It happens every gala.
Can sponsor logos really be projected in light?
Yes. We produce a gobo per sponsor and rotate them elegantly through the evening. Many organizations sell this as a premium sponsorship tier that more than covers the lighting budget.
